Healthcare Advocate Summit

In September, I went to a week long conference to

learn how Patient Advocates help their patients along the healthcare spectrum. The conference was held in New Orleans, LA. While I wasn't learning (aka- drinking from a fire hose), I travelled by Trolley, Bus, Ferry, Uber, walked in a Jazz Parade down by Bourbon Street.

I met some amazing Advocates from all over the US. Many are nurses, while others come from many different backgrounds,

ALL of them, including me, are better able to specialize in helping their clients.
